About Westview

Though it was only developed in the 1960s, the north-west Saskatoon neighbourhood of Westview was originally annexed in the 1910s as “Tuxedo Park.” The fancy name may not have stuck, but that hasn’t deterred homebuyers from enjoying its great, commutable location and affordable average home prices. Found along the north side of 33rd Street W, there are many amenities that can be found right along this main strip, including convenience and sporting goods stores right in the community. Plus, with Circle Drive bordering the neighbourhood to the east, you can get just about anywhere in the city within minutes. There are also over 32 acres of park land can also be found in Westview, as well as a public elementary school.
